Alex Tyler, CFA
Alex Tyler is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in Economics along with a graduate background in Urban Planning. His prior institutional roles supported over $2 billion in real estate investments across acquisitions and asset management at Aegon Asset Management, the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, and Unico Properties.
Earlier in his career, Alex worked in urban planning for local and regional governments, specializing in demographic and economic forecasting across large datasets — combining quantitative methods, GIS, and long-horizon capital and infrastructure analysis. That foundation still informs how the practice approaches portfolio-level questions today.
